Details: Ella has a problem. She watches a classmate mature into a loving nurse. A drive-by shooting killed a neighbor's son. Things that have not yet occurred. Kev, who was born as Los Angeles burnt around them, is determined to defend his sister from a force that threatens to destroy her.
