When they become 16, they have the option of remaining as 100s and being cared for by the state or risking their intelligence. Those who fail have filthy lives and some eventually become I.Q. 30 glidiots, fighting in a pop-up maze for I.Q. points and public enjoyment in the Glidiot Games.
