A House in the Mountains: The Women Who Liberated Italy from Fascism

Details:  An Italian Resistance emerged in the late summer of 1943 when Italy broke with the Germans and allied with the Allies after suffering terrible military losses. Ada, Frida, Silvia, and Bianca, are four young Piedmontese women who were hiding out in the mountains outside of Turin and risked their lives to overthrow the totalitarian government of Italy.
