The Tilted World

Details: It is the year 1927. The Mississippi River is swollen by rains and threatens to breach its banks, engulfing everything in its path, including federal tax agent Ted Ingersoll and his colleague, Ham Johnson. When they arrive in Hobnob, Mississippi, to look into the disappearance of two other agents, they are shocked to discover a baby boy abandoned in the middle of a crime scene.
